Troubleshooting / Spy tab empty
« Last post by onleave on July 17, 2012, 04:50:47 AM »
Hi,

Just upgraded to the latest 1.7.30 from 1.7.20.  Everything works fine except the "Spy" tab.  When I open it up, it shows listing of pages on top, but the content is empty.  When I click on other pages, it opens up another blank page, while the page listing on top is gone, just pure empty page with the title "Spy" on left top.

It used to list all the visitors info correctly, at least until version 1.7.20 before the latest upgrade.

Thanks.

Hi P.Williams thanks for your comments.
We are currently working in that issue.

We suggest a workaround while the new version is about to be released. Go to the plugin option panel and press save, not need to change anything. This will rebuild the cache results and will make the correct results.

Our apologies for the problem, we are currently working on it. We expect to release an update today to correct it.
Best regards

Installation/Upgrading/Migration / Re: StatCom V1.7.20-Migration
« Last post by forumadmin on July 13, 2012, 09:35:16 AM »
Hi Ed:
timestamp is a column on the table you intend to migrate. This field has to be a numeric value.
What is happening is the migration process check this value and if it is not numeric, the record is not migrated at all.
For the data you reported, something went wrong with the timestamp and it is not saved in a numeric format.

Could you tell us from what plugin are you trying to migrate from? Maybe that would give us a clue what's is going on.
Thank you!
