We appreciate your comments. About your questions:

Current version doesn't have a feature to review the errors and is badly requested already. That will be implemented on version 1.7.40-1.7.50

Current version doesn't have an interactive way of filtering, but we will add to our pending features. One weak workaround is filtering it using the ban ip list, which in turn it also lacks a nice way of interaction  :(. It is also a feature to be implemented prior Statcomm 1.8.x

That is a good idea and we will add it as a future feature. We are working on the statistics part, a section that has lot of room for improvement.

To be honest we missed your last post  :o , sorry about that. We answered you back now.


As you saw, currently is easy to spot many faults in the plugin which is evolving a fast pace.  As it is , we are about 2/5 to be completed. 
We really appreciate your suggestion about to be our first customer  ;D. A 'pro' version (it will be a the plus version (+) by the way  ;)) was already scheduled long time ago, but it is ahead on time (release 2.0.x) and we hope will be a surprising one.

We know we have a long interesting journey ahead before thinking in 'pluses' and that's why we consider your feedback invaluable. THAT is paying our efforts.

Hi Thornstromg Blog, thanks for your comments.
Could you please tell us if you receive an error message?

We found that export function isn't working when the data is big (more than 10MB), but also in some scenarios it seems to fail completely delivering an empty file no errors attached.  :( Is that your case?

We also think we could improve some limitation in the fields format, current solution is hardcoded and requires a 'make-up'   :P
We are working to solve those errors, we hope we deliver a solution in the incoming 1.7.30 version.

Hi,

Using WP 3.4.1 and StatComm 1.7.20

  • You can choose to have "Error" displayed in the Overview but I can't find a reference to what kind of error this is. Is there a log file I can review?

I like this plugin a lot as it gives me a very good overview of what's going on so if you decide to have a pro version that you have to pay for I would be your first customer.  :)

It did it again. This time I took a screenshot from earlier in the evening and then after midnight so you can see what happens.

Hi guys,
I've used the export functionality for the first time today. I tried to export month of June and I keep receiving Server Errors.

First time I tried I used the following dates 20120601 - 20120631 and I got an error. I thought, ah just 30 days in June.

Second: 20120601 - 20120630 still got an error.

Third: 20120601 - 20120615 and it worked

Fourth: 20120616 - 20120630 also worked.

So, as you can see I can get out the data I need so no major issues but would like you to know that there are some strange things going on in the Export function.

I'm having a problem where the previous day sometimes (has happened twice now in 8 days) that as the day rolls over to the new day, the stats for the now previous day are zeroed out. I have attached a screenshot of the overview area so you could see an example of it occurring.

I would love any help with this you could provide. Thanks :)

StatComm:

Overview & Detail numbers don't match.  Overview values are extremely small compared to what is in the details.   Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi thanks for your comment.
We ran a search through the plugin code, but we didn't find any reason for such error.
The only suggestions is uninstall the plugin and reinstall it. Be sure uninstall table is unchecked (Advanced options) if you want to preserve the table data.
